Violins of Hope co-founder Avshalom Weinstein will talk about the project; performance by soloist Hannah Tarley on instruments from the Violins of Hope.

In concert with the exhibition: In the Artists’ Studio: The Violin Workshop of Amnon and Avshalom Weinstein, a talk and concert will be presented on January 28, 2020. The exhibition will  present a recreation of the Weinstein’s atelier in Tel Aviv where the Violins of Hope have been restored and share the story and inspiration behind the project.

This program is a unique educational opportunity for students as well as members of social justice and faith-based organizations to learn about this period of systematic hatred and bigotry in order to prevent these events from reoccurring locally and globally.

This exhibition and performance is made possible by The Borgenicht Foundation. The Borgenicht Foundation works to promote the understanding of secularism as the way and hope for establishing peace in the world. In addition, the Foundation supports social justice, conservation and historic preservation, the arts, health, and education.

By invitation only.
